The terms and conditions written here apply to the use of our website
www.freshmeat2home.com, and by placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

1. Guarantee of Quality

FreshMeat2Home guarantees that all meat packs / products supplied to customers are of
the highest quality.

2. Ordering With Us

FreshMeat2Home is currently delivering orders of the products listed on the Platform (“Products”) only in Kovilpatti. We will not be able to service orders at any place other than the Operating Location.

All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue Products without notice, even if customers have already placed an order. Where products ordered by the customer are not available from stock the customer shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the products are available or cancel the order and receive a full refund. The mode of refund shall be as determined by FreshMeat2Home. FreshMeat2Home may choose not to accept an order for any reason.

3. Pricing

The price of the products shall be that stipulated on the website. The shown price excludes delivery charges. The total purchase price, including delivery charges, will be displayed once the customer proceeds to checkout. In case product prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery, additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

4. Delivery Policy

Customers are responsible for providing us with accurate delivery address details (including house numbers, street names) and for making the appropriate arrangements to receive order on the actual delivery day.

Our deliveries are made with “no signature required”. In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of order at delivery address or customers ask us to leave goods unattended at a secure place, FreshMeat2Home expressly disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

Although FreshMeat2Home strives to deliver the orders on time, there may be situations wherein the actual time taken for delivery of a Product shall vary from the delivery time mentioned at the time of ordering such Product. We shall keep you updated about any delays in delivering of Products.

5. Cancellation Policy

A Customer can opt to cancel order until 3 hours before the delivery slot for the order placed by calling our customer service and receive refund of amount paid if any.

6. Website Liability

We make every effort to ensure our website is as accurate as possible but we can accept no responsibility for any loss resulting from information contained on our website or in respect of any omissions or errors. To the extent of the law, by using FreshMeat2Home you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or incidental damages that arise as a result of using https://www.freshmeat2home.com.

7. Indemnity

As a Customer, I hereby agree upon to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FreshMeat2Home its owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (” Indemnified Parties”), from and against any claim, demand, damages, obligations, penalty, losses or actions (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) made by any third party against the Indemnified Parties or imposed against the Indemnified Parties, (a) breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and/or any other policies; or (b) violation of any applicable law, rules, regulations; or (c) violation of the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party or FreshMeat2Home; or (d) unauthorized, improper, illegal or wrongful use of FreshMeat2Home account. This indemnification obligation will survive the expiry or termination of these Terms and/or your use of the Service.
